After your purchase we won't forget about you as we have excellent after sales. Our project team will work closely with you, from start to finish, ensuring your generating set is installed and commissioned safely and successfully, on time and with minimal disruption to your business operation.

They work in accordance with factory-issued commissioning procedures and written method statements and provide full commissioning certification for warranty validation.

We have technicians going to maintenance daily in UAE and at times abroad in KSA, Oman, Middle East, Africa. We will provide a technician team to travel with you to end user site even abroad for installation testing and commissioning where you will cover their expenses if abroad. We will provide all documentation such as operation manuals, drawings, original certificates, serial numbers (only after confirmation), test report from Perkins and our own tests with load bank, etc.

Warranty

NTEM offers product warranty under its standard product maintenance services / manufacturer’s terms and conditions while a product is being actively marketed, and for a specified period of time after a product has reached end of availability. Please refer to perkins Warranty Statements or to the sales conditions for more details, as it may vary for different countries.
